Welcome to The Witch's Garden
On our 6 acre property , we strive to produce as much as we can, with the 2024 Growing season being our most successful to date!
Currently we farm a large seasonal indoor greenhouse space, as well as several large outdoor spaces with ongoing plans for expansion. In 2024 we added a large new area to experiment with cut flowers and it was very successful! All the gardens are self watering, with new automated and pressurized irrigation redone in 2024.
We have many fruit trees and vines on the property including apples, grapes, plums, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pears, cherries, currants, blackberries, elderberries, tay berries, haskups, Saskatoon berries, and cactus berries too!
Out perennial gardens produce their own lettuces, cilantro, chamomile, lemon balm, chives, flowers and asparagus
For several consecutive years we have successfully grown enough root vegetables and tomatoes to feed our family of four thought the entire winter.
We are always looking for ways to improve our food production on the acreage and are excited for a busy season ahead, including our large 2025 cut flower expansion !
